Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll work hard to get your items to you as fast as possible!

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes) within Canada and the USA.
Need it sooner? Treat yourself to free express shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes).

For orders under $100, standard shipping fees apply.
And for express delivery under $200 — it’s still totally available for certain products, just calculated at checkout.

  • Canada: Standard shipping rates will be applied based on your location.
  • United States: Shipping rates vary by region. Orders to the USA are typically delivered faster, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: We also ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Canada: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days, depending on your location
  • United States: Orders within the USA usually arrive in 3-5 business days
  • International Delivery times vary, generally between 10-21 business days.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors like weather, customs, and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at admin@plumeandpeak.com. We’ll assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs and Duties (for international orders)

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your shipping charges and may be assessed by your country’s customs office.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you provide a physical address.
  • Shipping may be delayed during peak shopping seasons, such as Black Friday or holiday sales

Returns Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at return@plumeandpeak.com. Please note that returns are subject to approval. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address via email.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you request a return before shipping the item back. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. For international returns, please note that shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

Important: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Accessories and Jewelry – All accessories and jewelry are final sale. If you’re unsure about your item or need clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
