We’ll work our magic to accommodate you, but if your order is already on its merry way, we can assist with returns or exchanges once it arrives. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back!
2. Where do you ship, and when will my order arrive?
We ship to most places where fabulousness is appreciated. Standard shipping takes around 7-14 business days, depending on where you are. If it’s taking longer than that, check your tracking info, or send us your order details at admin@plumeandpeak.com. We’ll get to the bottom of it for you!
3. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?

If your package seems to be taking the scenic route, email us at admin@plumeandpeak.com with your order number, and we’ll track it down like a detective on a mission. We’re committed to ensuring you get exactly what you ordered as soon as possible

It’s simple: orders over $150 (before taxes) qualify for free shipping. No code, no fuss—just load up your cart with your favorites, and we’ll take care of the rest!
5. How do I return an item?
We hope you adore every item, but if you don’t, returns are easy-peasy! Just email return@plumeandpeak.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the steps. Please ensure returns are in their original, unworn condition, and note that return shipping costs are typically not covered

Each of our products has a detailed sizing guide—just click on the “Size Guide” under the item’s description for the specifics! We want you to find the perfect fit, so measure up and refer to our guide to avoid any “hmm, this doesn’t feel quite right” moments.
7. How accurate are the color and material from the pictures?
We aim to be as true to life as possible, but hey, sometimes your screen may add a little bit of “creative interpretation.” Rest assured, we’re picky about quality and detail, and our photos are pretty spot-on. If there’s ever a slight difference, it’s because every item has a little personality of its own!
8. What if an item is out of stock?
We totally get it—the heart wants what it wants! Simply “favorite” the item, select “Notify Me,” and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s back in stock. That way, you’ll be the first to know, and you can snap it up before it’s gone again!
